3.1. Booking Process
- Reservations can be made directly through our website.
- After booking, you will receive a confirmation email with all the tour details.
- Some experiences may require manual confirmation; in such cases, you will receive an additional notification.
3.2. Payment Methods
- We accept payments via credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and other methods available on the checkout page.
- Full payment may be required at the time of booking to secure your spot.
3.3. Pricing Policy
- All prices shown include applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.
- Prices may change without prior notice, but confirmed reservations will not be affected.
Cancellations and Refunds
4.1. Cancellation by the Client
- Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance: Full refund.
- Cancellations made between 3 to 6 days in advance: 50% refund of the total amount.
- Cancellations made 2 days in advance or no-shows: No refund.
4.2. Cancellation by the Company
- We reserve the right to cancel or modify tours due to unforeseen circumstances, including adverse weather conditions, unavailability of guides, or other situations beyond our control.
- In the event of a cancellation by us, the client may choose either a full refund or to reschedule the tour for another available date.
Client Responsibilities
- Clients must arrive at the designated meeting point at the indicated time. Delays may result in the loss of the tour without any refund.
- It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that they have valid travel documents, if applicable.
- Clients are responsible for their own safety and personal belongings during the tour.
- Changes and Modifications
- We reserve the right to modify itineraries or schedules for operational or safety reasons.
- If there is a significant change to the schedule, clients will be informed in advance and may choose to either accept the change or request a refund.
- Insurance and Liability
- The company is not liable for accidents, losses, or personal injuries occurring during the tour, except in cases covered by insurance contracted by the company.
- It is recommended that clients have appropriate travel insurance to cover any potential incidents.
- Under no circumstances shall Lisbongemstours nor its representatives, affiliates, service providers, suppliers, and/or distributors be liable for any loss or damage (regardless of whether such losses were foreseen, predictable, known, or otherwise): (a) loss of data; (b) loss of revenue or anticipated profits; (c) loss of business; (d) loss of opportunity; (e) loss of goodwill or damage to reputation; (f) losses incurred by third parties; or (g) any indirect, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from the use of lisbongemstours.com, regardless of the form of action.
- Lisbongemstours and its representatives and suppliers, when arranging hotels, excursions, transportation, or any service in conjunction with individual client itineraries, shall not be held liable for injuries, damages, loss, accidents, delays, or irregularities, liability, or costs to persons or property due to the default of any hotel company, transportation provider, or any other company or individual providing services included in the excursions.
- Furthermore, Lisbongemstours and its agents and suppliers shall not be liable for any illnesses, thefts, labor disputes, equipment breakdowns, governmental detentions, acts of war and/or terrorism, adverse weather conditions, vehicle malfunctions, or any accidents, incidents, or any other force majeure events.
- While Lisbongemstours verifies and confirms the accuracy of details regarding all products and services offered, we do not guarantee that the functionality, content, or information on lisbongemstours.com will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that lisbongemstours.com or the servers hosting it are free of viruses or bugs.
